**Good news! Quest Acupuncture and Massage is NOT closing!**
I am pleased to announce that I have hired Kristian Hargrove, a fantastic massage therapist, to do massages at Quest! Online scheduling will be available beginning Monday, Dec 10, 2018 for the remainder of December and into 2019.
Thank you for all of your incredible support during the past few months of this roller coaster ride! It was sad and difficult for me to face closing my practice. By bringing Kristian onboard, I am excited to continue making Quest’s services available to you.
Kristian, who many of you may remember from Valeo, will be providing massage therapy services. She started with Quest two weeks ago and has received glowing reviews from all clients so far. She has a stellar work ethic and is very interested in gaining experience by working with you and me. She already possesses great skills, and we will work closely to continue to provide all of you with top notch therapeutic massage work! She will initially be covering massage appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with the potential for additional days in the future.
Kristian will be listed as the provider on the schedule, and she will be responding to any phone calls or texts on the business phone (281-928-4669). You can email both of us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Quest services will continue to be provided at the Infinity Float Center location (479 Bay Area Blvd). All prices/packages and scheduling methods are unchanged.
Appointments that include acupuncture and cupping treatments will continue to be available with me, but due to my limited availability you will no longer be able to schedule these online. Please email me at either email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule these services.
New Policy for Late Cancellations and No Shows
On an unrelated note, unfortunately this past year has seen a significant increase in the number of late cancellations and no shows. Consequently, the following new policy has been created and will be enforced. I thank you for your understanding.
- Any cancellation within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the session cost.
- Any no show for an appointment will be charged 100% of the session cost.
